1. Cancellation of Orders

1.2 Same-Day Delivery Cancellations
For same-day delivery orders, cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours from the time of order placement. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.
1.3 Next-Day Delivery Cancellations
Customers can cancel next-day delivery orders at any time before the scheduled delivery date. However, once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Contact our customer support team for guidance.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Damaged or Spoiled Products
If you receive products that are damaged or spoiled, please contact our customer support team immediately. We may request clear photographs of the damaged or spoiled items within 3 hours. Based on our evaluation, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

In the event of inaccuracies or discrepancies with your order, please verify the items during delivery. If issues persist, contact our customer support team within 3 hours with relevant details. We will work to resolve the matter promptly.
2.3 Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Refunds for cancelled orders are subject to the following conditions:
- Same-Day Delivery: Refunds will be issued if the cancellation request is received within 2 hours from order placement.
- Next-Day Delivery: Refunds are possible for cancellations made before the scheduled delivery date.
